Lessons at the school are available to all levels: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Class and private lessons are available.

Classical Hung Kuen training includes:

- Authentic Chinese hand and weapons forms
- Five Animal / Five Element techniques
- Hay Gung (internal) system
- Iron Wire techniques

Tuition in this traditional Shaolin system is open to anyone who has a genuine interest in Chinese Kung Fu.
