Sifu Jim Uglow demonstrates Hung Gar Martial Art, Moi Fa Kuen in the basic form of this style and means Plum Blossom Fist Form. The Plum Blossom or Flower Fist contains many different techniques which include the Reverse Punch, Jumping Kicks, Horse Stance and most notably the Black Tiger Strike which is a clawing technique and grab.
