CLASS TIMES

Mondays 8:30pm - Thursdays 7:15pm (kids up to 15yrs old) - Saturdays 11am
Lessons at the school are available to all levels: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.
Tuition in this traditional Shaolin system is open to anyone who has a genuine interest in Chinese Kung Fu.

Classical Hung Kuen training includes:
• Authentic Chinese Hand and weapon forms • Five animal/ Five Element techniques • Hay Gung (internal) system • Iron Wire techniques
